Terms of our Money Back Guarantee

1. Irrespective of a statutory right of withdrawal www.fantasy-horse.com/agb, we grant you the right to return the goods to us within 30 days.
2. The period for the money-back guarantee begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline.
3. The goods must be returned to the following address: Fantasy Horse – Milena Strasikova, Mühle 7, 09488 Thermalbad Wiesenbad
4. Goods are returned at your own risk.
5. The goods must be complete, unused (if the goods were new upon delivery) and undamaged.
6. We will be happy to provide you with a return label for free returns. If necessary, write to our e-mail address gifts@fantasy-horse.com.

7. Under the above conditions, we will reimburse you the purchase price immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the goods. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you.
8. The money-back guarantee does not limit your statutory right of cancellation or any rights you may have regarding defects.
