Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Returns are free for our customers.

We will be happy to provide you with a return label for free returns. If necessary, write to our e-mail address gifts@fantasy-horse.com.

Deliveries within the EU (European Union):

delivery times

Each item has a different delivery time and this can be found in the item description.
Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 2 - 4 days after receipt of payment, for deliveries abroad within 7 - 10 days after receipt of payment.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, I will send the goods in one shipment, unless I have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Payment must be made in advance by the customer, which can be made by bank transfer or payment via PayPal. The outstanding amount must be paid within 5 days of receipt of the order confirmation by the customer. The goods will only be shipped upon receipt of the entire invoice amount. If items cannot be delivered, they will be delivered later or the price will be refunded.
